When I wrote a post by a similar name last year, I had zero intentions of writing a follow-up post this year. But here I am with 5 MORE things you need to be productive this year!! 🙌🏻
I highly recommend giving the original post a read because all 5 things (including the Simplified Planner, T3 Featherweight Hair Dryer, anything from , SC Stockshop, and Planoly) continue to be things that help me be more productive day after day (week after week, month after month, year after year).

5 MORE THINGS YOU NEED TO BE PRODUCTIVE THIS YEAR
If you recall from last year’s post, I vowed to share the things that seriously upped my productivity, moved my business forward, and made me a happier human being so that YOU could experience the same incredible results and benefits.
I am so excited to share 5 MORE things I discovered or rediscovered last year that made a SUPER DUPER impact on my life and business!! I hope you find them as awesomely helpful as I do 😊5 of the most productive purchases you could make for your life and business! (Pssst! 3 of them are FREE!! 🙊) Click To Tweet
1 | TRELLO
If my Simplified Planner is my number 1 productivity tool, Trello is my number 2!! I recently redid all of my Trello boards and I’m OBSESSED!! (Especially with my #AllThingsBusiness board where I organize and keep track of everything from my 2018 goals, courses I’ve purchased and am working through, various workflows, my monthly prep + plan + duty day checklist, links I want to refer back to, and so much more.)
(There is a paid version of Trello, but honestly, you don’t need it. The free version is the bee’s knees!!)

2 | COSCHEDULE
I used CoSchedule back when I had my wedding blog and adored the fact that I could plan out my blog posts AND social media posts right in WordPress. But the plan I had was a little too robust (read: too much) for my new solopreneur business venture and budget, so I canceled it. And my social media strategy (except for Instagram because I use Planoly for that) came to a screeching halt. #sadtrombone
At the end of last year, CoSchedule announced a new plan designed specifically for solopreneurs like me and I signed up immediately!! It’s everything I need to be able to plan my blog posts AND put my social media on autopilot completely stress-free.
Investment: The Essential + ReQueue Plan is $40/month billed annually
(It’s still a little on the expensive side, but beyond worth it when you see what you get and once you start using it!!)
3 | SOCIAL SQUARES
Social Squares is STYLED STOCK for your SOCIAL SPACES!!! (I put that in caps because I didn’t want you to miss the awesomeness 😂) It’s the same high-quality gorgeousness we’ve come to expect from its sister shop, SC Stockshop!! And it’s THE BEST THING to happen to female entrepreneurs since social media managers and schedulers!!!
#nobutreally. When you combine a Social Squares Stock Box Subscription with Dropbox (for easy storage) and Planoly (for planning out and scheduling your Instagram feed), you will be UNSTOPPABLE when it comes to your Instagram strategy!!
Investment: The Stock Box Subscription is $20/month billed annually or $25 month-to-month
(FYI: Social Squares is a members-only monthly subscription service that includes access to hundreds of images—including new images each month—and unlimited downloads!! If you do the math on that, it’s crazy-pants!! 🤯)Want to be more productive this year and every year after? Check out these 5 must-have services and products!! Click To Tweet
4 | REMINDERS APP
The Reminders App is probably the least talked about app on the planet, but it’s recently become one of my favorites!! After hearing Emily Ley rave about it on her Instagram Stories a while back, I decided to give it a try. I now use it every single day to remind me to do certain things at certain times (like take vitamins in the AM, take can’t-miss-medication at 10pm, check in with and update Trello every afternoon, and more). It’s helped me make and stick to habits like nothing ever has before!!
(The app comes right on your iPhone, but if you’re like me, you may have to re-download it from the App Store. I originally deleted it because I thought I would never use it 😂)
5 | DROPBOX
I’ve used Dropbox for years and can’t believe I didn’t mention it in last year’s round-up!! I love keeping only the things I want to have access to on multiple devices (like styled stock photos from SC Stockshop and Social Squares) in my Dropbox, but you could also totally use it as a backup for all of your stuff.
Investment: Dropbox Basic is Free and includes 2 GB of space
(I’ve so far managed to stay on the Dropbox Basic Plan by using my space well! I audit it every couple of months and make changes as I need to. I’ll probably have to upgrade sometime this year though.)
Here’s to you, me, and EVERYBODY being productive this year and every year after!!
P.S. I would love to know what some of your can’t-live-without products are!! 😉
