When I was going through my health crisis and trauma a few years ago, my daily life routines were the only things that kept me sane. I was in a season of not knowing how I would feel from one hour to the next, but my routines gave me a sense of comfort and normalcy. I could count on them getting me through when I couldn’t count on anything else.
