I’m all about helping you create daily routines you love, can’t get enough of, and actually stick to. Each routine has a unique step-by-step creation and implementation process that is both adaptable and customizable for you and your lifestyle/season of life. I also included all kinds of real-life examples, plus tons of hacks, habits, and pro tips for you to use along the way or even every day.

  • Morning Routine: I’ll help you create YOUR ideal morning routine by helping you uncover exactly what sets you up for success and then help you implement and stick with those things so you consistently start your days feeling your best.
  • Evening Routine: Evening routines don’t get nearly as much attention as morning routines, but I personally believe they are just as important. I’ll show you how ending the day affects how you start the next day and what you can do to set you and your family up for success.
  • Self-Care Routines: I share my favorite ways to create and implement self-care routines in your day-to-day life because you should be doing some kind of self-care for your body, heart, mind, and soul every day, week, month, quarter, and year.
  • Exercise/Workout Routine: It’s been proven over and over again that exercise has many benefits for your mental, physical, and emotional health. But in order to actually WANT to workout and workout CONSISTENTLY, you have to 1) find something you LOVE doing and 2) find something that gets you the RESULTS you want. I’ll help you do both.
  • Cleaning Routine: Do you have a love/hate relationship with cleaning your house? Me too. But I love a clean house MORE than I hate doing chores. So guess what, I do it anyway (with a routine that makes it easier) and so can you!!
  • Laundry Routine: Believe it or not, I LOVE doing laundry!! But I know I’m in the minority here. I’ve got multiple ways for helping you tackle and stay on top of that mountain of laundry you hate. And I’m more than a little excited to help you create a laundry routine you love!!
  • Meal Plan + Prep Routine: Meal planning and preparation are a pain in the butt. There, I said it!! The key to tackling it week after week is breaking the whole process down; first by task and then by day. My system will ensure you have dinner on the table every day!!

I designed Running on Routines especially for female entrepreneurs who want a business and life they love at the same time, but are having trouble finding time for all the things right now. (However, my step-by-step processes will absolutely work for women with different lifestyles and seasons of life.)

Whether you run your own business or work for someone else does not matter. Whether you run your business full-time or part-time does not matter. Whether you are single, married, with kids, or no kids does not matter.

What matters is you wanting to up-level and change your life, change your ways, and actually get a handle on things like mornings, self-care, exercise, laundry, and cleaning. Running on Routines can help you do all of that with a positive mindset!!

Absolutely not. You are more than welcome to write up the steps of your routines in an app, on paper, or in a project management system, but you don’t have to. You’re also more than welcome to use an app (like Done) or print out a free monthly calendar or habit tracker to help you track your progress and consistency. (Colored paper would make it funner!!)

Along with my signature step-by-step processes for creating routines you love, you’ll also receive a Plan of Action, which includes my very best practices for getting through the content and creating new routines for everyday life.

Each routine has a unique, step-by-step creation and implementation process that is both adaptable and customizable for you and your lifestyle/season of life. I also include all kinds of real-life examples, plus tons of hacks, habits, and pro tips for you to use along the way or even every day.

You probably already know this, but I feel the need to say it regardless: Forming new habits and routines TAKES TIME. But I don’t want you to give up or get discouraged because of the amount of time it takes to adopt a new routine. I recommend that you focus on implementing one routine at a time, and only start adding in more once you feel comfortable with the last one.

Keep in mind that these routines are designed to help you be more productive in the things you’re already doing on a regular basis (like laundry and cleaning), or to incorporate new things that you know would be beneficial if you could find the time to fit them in (like exercise and self-care). These routines are all about helping you live your most productive and positive life, and will ultimately SAVE you time by making the things you do on a daily and weekly basis more streamlined and enjoyable.
